Architect and lead design, development, and testing of mainframe applications (COBOL/DB2) across multiple platforms. Analyze business requirements, combine technologies into solutions, evaluate tools, manage vendors, and collaborate with SMEs. Must be local to N-W Indiana for occasional office presence and handle occasional on-call duties. Steel manufacturing domain knowledge preferred.

Design, develop, verify, and deliver flight control laws (CLaws) and related assessment tools for FBW aircraft using MATLAB/Simulink and C++. Support autopilot/navigation design, V&V to DO-178B and ARP4754, pilot‑in‑the‑loop evaluation, failure analysis, and integration with test rigs and supplier hardware.

Design, specify, validate and integrate aircraft air and pneumatic systems (ECS, bleed air, CPCS, FIDEEX, oxygen, ice protection). Support design reviews, testing, qualification, certification, supplier coordination, flight tests, and prepare compliance reports.
