Manage governance and delivery of IT procurement, finance and project administration. Maintain purchase order/invoicing processes, service catalogues, timesheet templates, budgets, accruals and fixed assets. Support portfolio/project documentation and reporting, supplier/licence management, invoice approvals, and audit interactions to ensure accurate financial control and project governance.

Manage operational relationships for key corporate accounts, drive process and project improvements, conduct operational reviews and account planning, analyze client KPIs/SLA data, ensure contract and policy compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellent customer experience and strategic support.

Provide empathetic arrears support, manage customer accounts, resolve issues per Toyota Financial Services policies, design affordable repayment plans, and ensure compliance with Consumer Duty and fair treatment of vulnerable customers.

Lead and govern a multi-year transformation programme across people, process, technology and data. Define programme strategy, scope, controls and benefits; manage stakeholders and vendors; embed change management; oversee PMO financial controls, risk and regulatory compliance; build high-performing teams to deliver complex system modernisation, data transformation and integration initiatives.
