Manage ISMS, certification body relationships, SOC 2 readiness, GDPR operational controls (DPIAs, RoPA, data subject rights, cross-border transfers), live obligation tracking for DORA/NIS2/HIPAA/CCPA, incident and breach response governance, client compliance audits, and GRC automation platform administration.

Operate and maintain production clusters, build observability (metrics, logs, traces) and automation, respond to incidents, create runbooks and troubleshooting documentation, collaborate with engineering teams, participate in on-call rotations, and drive reliability culture and continuous improvement.

Own and continuously improve Omilia's NetSuite OneWorld ERP across multiple subsidiaries. Maintain multi-book accounting, ARM revenue recognition, integrations, access controls, audit readiness (SOC2/PCI-DSS), saved searches/SuiteQL, and support month-end/year-end. Lead NetSuite projects, evaluate SuiteApps, and liaise with Finance, Engineering, implementation partners, and auditors.
