Own full enterprise sales cycle for Fortune 500/Global 2000 accounts in North America, driving net-new revenue and account expansion for Omilia's conversational AI contact center platform. Build executive relationships, develop account strategies, lead discovery and solution positioning, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce), and collaborate with Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure renewals and upsells.

Drive new business by qualifying and securing enterprise customers and partners for Omilia's contact center solutions. Lead proposals, demos, RFP responses, and technical presentations; act as trusted technical advisor; ensure smooth handoff to implementation; gather customer feedback for product; build stakeholder relationships and support sales team knowledge transfer. Travel up to 20%.
