Lead global fundraising strategy, coordinate a distributed development team, maintain pipeline/CRM systems, produce reporting and collateral, prioritize high-value proposals, and build feedback loops so funder intelligence informs organizational fundraising decisions.

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Development: maintain and clean CRM data, produce monthly fundraising reports and dashboards, support proposal and grant administration, assist donor communications and Mailchimp emails, and help with event logistics and general team coordination.

Own and execute global digital channel strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email). Produce and edit entrepreneur stories, manage content production and vendors, run paid social campaigns, maintain analytics dashboard, coordinate with 14 country comms leads, and produce monthly and donor newsletters to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
