Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, deployment support, production issue investigation, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional technical teams while following security, SDLC, and deployment standards.

Provide L2 support for IBM AS/400 (IBM i) systems: monitor health, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, manage users/security, handle backups/restores, monitor interfaces/file transfers, support schedulers, coordinate changes, and participate in on-call/shift support.
