Lead sales of MosaiQ QPUs and related services to HPC centers, cloud providers, enterprises and research institutions. Own full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage pipeline, forecast via CRM, coordinate with technical pre-sales and engineering, drive post-sales relationships, represent Quandela at events, and feed market insights into product and GTM strategy.

Design, implement and train ML and quantum/hybrid ML models to improve calibration, control and error correction for photonic quantum systems. Benchmark classical, quantum and hybrid methods, contribute to the MerLin framework, publish and present research, and mentor junior researchers while shaping the AI research agenda.

Support end-to-end coordination of academic and scientific events, manage logistics and participant communication, act as event contact, and produce clear project materials, reports, and updates. Assist with tracking project actions, maintaining visibility on activities, and improving simple team tools and templates.

Design, develop, and manage electronic boards from requirements through integration, validation, and production transfer. Develop embedded firmware and Python tools, maintain configuration and traceability, define validation strategies, and produce technical documentation to support integration and manufacturing.

Operate as a force-multiplier for the CTO and CSO to align research, product, and engineering. Structure priorities, track program governance, prepare technical briefings, resolve cross-team blockers, and scale processes to ensure execution of the company's scientific and technical strategy.

The role involves leading fault-tolerant quantum computing research, developing quantum error correction protocols, and collaborating with hardware and software teams to enhance scalable quantum systems.

Perform hands-on optical characterization of single-photon sources in cavities, optimize excitation and pulse shaping, measure KPIs (lifetime, indistinguishability, brightness, purity, spin), automate instrumentation and data processing with Python, work with cryogenics/vacuum and collaborate with fabrication and production teams to improve procedures and reproducibility.

The internship focuses on developing quantum algorithms for optimization using a simulator, with an emphasis on advanced training methods and connecting them to Quandela's QAOA framework.

Design and simulate photonic integrated circuit components (waveguides, interferometers, beam splitters, phase shifters), run electromagnetic and thermal simulations, produce manufacturable GDS layouts for tape-out, and iterate designs with characterization feedback to improve robustness against fabrication variability and support scalable quantum processor architectures.

The role involves designing and integrating complex hardware/software systems, coordinating between multiple teams, developing FPGA and firmware solutions, and working with RF systems in a multidisciplinary environment.
