Manage digital video and audio delivery projects from client order through completion for major digital storefronts. Coordinate timelines, client requirements, billing, order entry, operational workflows, capacity planning, reporting, and corrective actions. Build client relationships, resolve issues, document processes, support continuous improvement, and ensure accurate, high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-paced media and post-production environment.

Manage media localization projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating teams, assets, stakeholders, documentation, budgets, schedules, and quality checks. Serve as an escalation point for internal teams, clients, and external partners while ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery. Vet timed-text and metadata files against technical and linguistic standards, address blockers, and adapt to evolving client needs. The role requires Korean-English bilingual proficiency, localization project management experience, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability across time zones and weekends.
