Own full-lifecycle recruitment across Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Build direct talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers and senior leadership, reduce agency reliance, improve employer brand and candidate experience, audit and optimize ATS and recruitment technology, introduce AI and automation, and provide talent analytics and hiring strategy advice to the CFO and leadership team.

Provide end-user support across macOS and Windows, troubleshoot hardware, software, SaaS, access, and connectivity issues, and serve as a senior escalation point. Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Box, JumpCloud, Mosyle, and ESET; manage procurement, provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and hardware lifecycles. Support IT security and compliance requirements, optimize endpoint management, deliver infrastructure projects, and automate administrative workflows using AI and other tools.
