Own and maintain the regulatory compliance framework for Mondu's EMI/PI license, manage DNB and other regulator relationships, advise senior leadership on compliance risk for new products and markets, draft policies and governance documentation, conduct risk assessments and gap analyses, support board and committee reporting, and embed AI/automation into compliance workflows.

Own and scale the Italian sales pipeline, execute localized go-to-market strategy, negotiate complex enterprise deals with C-suite stakeholders, provide consultative product advice, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product-market fit and compliance for the Italian market.

Provide strategic legal guidance for major commercial and partnership matters, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and templates, drive automation and standardisation of legal processes, liaise with product, risk and commercial teams, and negotiate with key partners.
