Own and scale the French sales pipeline from mid-market to enterprise: execute localized GTM strategy, lead complex negotiations with C-suite and legal, consult on payments architecture, close deals, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Risk, and Legal to meet market and compliance needs.

Provide commercial contract support (NDAs, vendor contracts, terms of service), manage and improve the legal tech stack, handle routine internal legal queries, and support commercial legal tasks to unblock growth and drive initiatives within a fast-moving fintech environment.

Provide strategic legal guidance for major commercial and partnership matters, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and templates, drive automation and standardisation of legal processes, liaise with product, risk and commercial teams, and negotiate with key partners.
