Design and implement comprehensive test procedures and automation (functional, integration, system, regression, performance, AI-driven). Define test strategy, estimate schedules, own defect lifecycle, integrate Agentic AI for test generation/execution, and drive continuous quality improvements across assigned applications.

Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise customers (Japanese-speaking), manage tickets and stakeholder communications, perform minor system configuration and reporting, document solutions, and maintain quality and process improvements.

Design and deliver creative, measurable e-learning solutions using AI tools; run design workshops; consult stakeholders; develop course content with SMEs; lead designers and programmers; oversee instructional, graphic and assessment design across multiple projects.

Provide L1 support for LRN's proprietary SaaS: handle customer tickets, assist program administrators, manage expectations and SLAs, perform content via in-house tools, train customers, document solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
