Own product roadmaps and requirements, prioritize features, conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams.

Manage payment operations for bank and merchant accounts, including merchant onboarding, POS terminal installation and maintenance, settlements, reconciliation, chargebacks, disputes, billing, inventory, vendor performance, and regulatory reporting. Maintain accurate merchant records and operational reports, ensure compliance with SAMA and MADA requirements, coordinate with banks and internal teams, validate invoices, and provide ongoing support to VIP customers and stakeholders.

Manage customer renewals for an assigned SaaS portfolio, serving as the primary relationship owner and coordinating issue resolution.
