Lead the functional design, configuration, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, social media knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Manage end-to-end fragrance product development from concept through launch. Responsibilities include researching trends, ingredients, claims, scents, and textures; creating product briefs; evaluating supplier submissions; managing supplier relationships; coordinating with regulatory, marketing, packaging, design, and operations teams; overseeing testing, artwork information, standards approval, and launch timelines; and supporting founder-led product reviews. Travel is required for supplier meetings, formula approvals, and trend research.

Lead and own global events strategy and calendar; drive creative vision and end-to-end delivery for flagship shows, launches, and activations; manage agencies, logistics, budgets, KPIs, and regional teams to deliver culturally resonant brand experiences.

The role requires strong organization, creative judgment, platform knowledge, and independent project ownership.

Drives territory sales performance through retail execution, commercial planning, partner relationships, events, and brand standards. Plans and delivers in-store, classroom, convention, and PR trainings; develops beauty advisors’ sales and artistry skills; and supports launches and animations. Manages agency teams, reporting, travel schedules, budgets, incentives, and retailer training kits. Requires strong Turkish and English communication, public speaking, beauty retail sales expertise, and Sephora experience.
