Lead month- and year-end close, prepare reconciliations and GAAP financial statements, support audits and tax compliance, assist budgeting/forecasting, partner with project teams for cost tracking, and drive accounting process improvements and automation.

Support underwriting, diligence, and asset management across acquisitions and developments.
