Work collaboratively with leadership teams to provide financial reporting, analysis, and guidance. Manage finance and accounting KPIs, implement process improvements, oversee accounting operations, and ensure compliance with GAAP. Develop banking relationships, analyze financial results, provide strategic guidance on financing options, and manage tax planning and compliance. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with CPA designation required. Experience in construction industry and accounting controls/processes preferred. Strong technical accounting skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Lead the implementation of Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Develop and manage strategic deployment processes, facilitate Kaizen events, and drive cultural change to create a successful continuous improvement culture. Partner with business leadership to identify process improvement opportunities.
