Support finance and accounting operations by allocating and reconciling incoming payments, verifying bank transactions, monitoring invoices and credit notes, resolving billing discrepancies, reconciling customer collections and outstanding debt, and assisting with month-end close activities and journal entries.

Design scalable, user-centered experiences for internal tools and customer-facing web products. Conduct user research and usability testing, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, maintain design systems, improve accessibility (WCAG), collaborate with product and engineering to implement designs, and run A/B tests to iterate based on data.
