Manage a portfolio of 7–9 strategic enterprise accounts as the primary post-sale owner. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, expansions and measurable customer outcomes through account plans, QBRs, stakeholder engagement, training, and cross-functional coordination with Product and Professional Services.

Work as a flexible QE across product teams to define testing approaches, perform exploratory and user-focused testing, drive release readiness, identify and communicate risks, and build or improve quality processes. Partner with engineers and product, use AI tools to increase testing efficiency, and adapt quickly to new domains while owning release confidence.
