Design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform. Build automated workflows with Power Automate, create plugins, APIs, and integrations, participate in design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support, produce technical documentation, and ensure system performance, security, and knowledge transfer.

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects for government and enterprise clients. Own planning, scheduling, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination across development, QA, UX, infrastructure, and DevOps teams. Use Agile and Waterfall methods as appropriate, track KPIs, mentor junior PMs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring governance, security, and quality standards.

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP. Implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD automation, networking, security, backup/DR. Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize cost and performance, and collaborate with DevOps, developers, and security teams.

Oversee operational projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, track timelines, deliverables, risks, budgets and KPIs, prepare reports and dashboards, improve processes and workflows, support resource planning and stakeholder communications, and manage escalations to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Design, develop, and implement ESB/middleware integration solutions using JMS, XML/JSON, SOAP/REST. Build mappings, define API contracts, support integration testing and UAT, and communicate technical integration details to stakeholders.

Drive enterprise software sales growth in the Saudi market by generating new business, managing strategic government and enterprise accounts, leading full sales cycles and RFP responses, collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams, preparing commercial proposals, and representing the company at industry events.

Oversee day-to-day operational coordination of projects, track timelines, deliverables, budgets and invoicing, liaise with finance, prepare project and financial reports, identify and escalate risks, improve workflows, and ensure stakeholder follow-through and accurate project documentation.
