Lead BJAK's UK market entry by owning marketing strategy, building and managing a UK marketing team, driving paid and organic user acquisition, retention and revenue across channels, owning brand positioning, budgets, agencies, GTM for new products, and using data to optimize performance.

Lead creative vision and execute motion graphics and animations for marketing, product explainers, social content, and ads. Manage motion production pipeline, mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create reusable templates, and ensure technical quality and brand consistency across digital campaigns.

Lead end-to-end CRM and retention strategy to drive onboarding, activation, engagement, renewals, cross-sell, and CLV. Design and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, run experiments and A/B tests, analyze cohorts and funnels, and partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Support to improve customer journeys and reduce churn.

Partner with the CEO to define and execute strategic goals and OKRs, convert strategy into operational roadmaps, oversee daily operations, financial processes, and cross-functional execution, lead strategic projects, and provide analysis and executive enablement to ensure company-wide alignment and measurable outcomes.

Lead BJAK's UK visual identity and creative strategy, build UK-focused campaigns, manage a small multidisciplinary creative team, execute and optimize multi-channel visuals, and align design with growth and product goals.

Manage full-cycle consolidated accounting (AP/AR/GL), month- and year-end close, financial reporting, cashflow and payments, tax filings, audits, process improvements, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Lead BJAK's brand narrative across external and internal channels. Own media relations, PR, crisis communications, internal comms, CSR messaging, and executive communications while collaborating with Marketing, Product, Legal, and leadership to protect and grow reputation.

Create and shape narratives across social, campaign, product, and short-form video formats. Write scripts, captions, and hooks; collaborate with designers and producers; follow cultural trends and audience insights to drive cohesive, engaging brand storytelling.

Provide administrative and operational support across Malaysia: coordinate vendors and hiring, manage trackers and documentation, arrange meetings and logistics, support office operations and events, prepare reports and meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-through on tasks and projects.

Lead region-wide events, sponsorships, and activations to drive policy quote requests and customer acquisition. Own end-to-end event operations: venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, contracts, logistics, branding, on-site lead capture, and KPI-driven measurement. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure conversion funnels, manage remote teams and vendors, and present event ROI to executives.
