Develop and evolve Bjak's brand narrative and positioning across ASEAN. Lead creative concepting and execute integrated campaigns, oversee content and community engagement, collaborate with creators and cross-functional teams, monitor campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to improve brand strategies and activation.

Support the CEO and keep daily office operations running: manage correspondence, schedule meetings and travel, act as communication gatekeeper, maintain confidential documents, track deadlines and follow-ups, draft memos, manage supplies and vendors, and assist on special projects.

Design and produce static and animated assets for marketing, social media, ads, websites, and video elements. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams, manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, optimize assets for platforms, and experiment with trends to improve engagement.

Act as the CEO's strategic partner to translate vision into company-wide priorities (OKRs), drive cross-functional execution, run ELT forums, prepare briefings and board/investor communications, lead high-priority projects without clear owners, and identify/solve operational gaps to scale the business.

Lead and scale insurer partnerships in Taiwan: identify and pitch initiatives, negotiate agreements, manage end-to-end implementation, monitor KPI performance, conduct market analysis, and act as primary liaison between BJAK and insurance partners to drive revenue and strategic growth.

Manage creative project intake, workflows, resourcing, and delivery across campaigns. Coordinate assets, version control, cross-team communication, and quality control. Improve processes, run reviews, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and brand standards.

Lead motion design for BJAK's UK market: create storyboards, animations, and motion graphics for marketing and product; oversee production, mentor junior designers, collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams, and develop reusable motion systems while maintaining visual quality and exploring advanced VFX and 3D techniques.
