Design and own end-to-end UX for A1's core app across iOS, Android, and web. Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for AI-assisted tasks, map AI states, design progress and recovery flows, run usability research, and work with product, engineering, and ML teams to deliver buildable designs and shared UX patterns.

Design high-quality, polished user interfaces and maintain UI components and design systems. Refine layouts, typography, spacing, and visual consistency. Work closely with product and engineering to deliver pixel-perfect, fast, and intuitive experiences while continuously improving product interface quality.

Own the end-to-end UX for A1's core iOS, Android, and web app surfaces. Design AI-assisted task flows from intent capture to completion, including progress, handoff, error recovery, and transparency about AI actions. Produce wireframes and high-fidelity Figma prototypes, run usability research, collaborate with product/engineering/ML teams, and contribute to the design system and shared UX patterns for AI-driven experiences.

Manage full-set consolidated accounts (AP, AR, GL), prepare periodic financial reports, ensure timely month- and year-end close, oversee cash flow and payments, handle tax filings and compliance, liaise with auditors/tax agents/banks, improve accounting controls, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Manage daily treasury operations, cash positioning, liquidity and banking relationships. Forecast cash flow, oversee payments and risk exposures, develop policies, support funding and prepare treasury reports for senior management.

Lead creation of brand and marketing visuals across campaigns, web, social, product, and motion. Evolve and maintain brand identity and guidelines, mentor junior designers, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute strategic direction to drive measurable results.

Lead regional finance operations including reporting, budgeting, consolidation, compliance, audits, internal controls, ERP and automation improvements, and M&A due diligence. Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, manage multi-entity governance, and build high-performing finance teams across markets.

Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand videos optimized for social platforms. Perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitling, and file optimization. Collaborate with creative teams, manage media assets and workflows, and support weekly short- and long-form content production while staying current on trends and editing techniques.

Lead Brand Designer shapes and evolves BJAK's visual identity and brand system, creates high-quality marketing and product materials, collaborates cross-functionally, maintains brand guidelines, delivers fast execution and long-term brand strategy, and reports to the Creative Manager.

Lead end-to-end KOL and influencer programs across platforms: identify and onboard creators, manage campaigns, run affiliate partnerships, analyze performance, report insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ROI and ensure compliance.
