Process and report mandatory and voluntary corporate actions for Canadian and US securities, handle daily entitlements and DRIP setups, ensure correct tax treatment, update procedure manuals, provide customer service, and participate in process improvement and team meetings while meeting service standards.

Supervise the Service Centre team to deliver high-quality client and partner support, manage escalations, coach staff, monitor metrics and quality, coordinate with cross-functional teams, optimize staffing and training, and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor regulatory changes (FATCA/CRS), reconcile tax accounts, support audits, resolve escalations, maintain procedures, and collaborate with reconciliation, processing and corporate actions teams to ensure accurate client reporting and regulatory compliance.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise Identity & Access Management: define policies, build and configure platforms (SSO/MFA, IGA, PAM, federation), automate lifecycle and provisioning, run access reviews and recertification, support audits and regulatory compliance, and translate access risk into business-level guidance.

Process and track incoming and outgoing account transfers according to SLAs, monitor transfer inbox/mail, initiate manual and ATON transfers, follow up on statuses, support external institution transfers, file/shred documents, respond to inquiries, cover colleagues, and handle special projects.

Lead design and administration of compensation, recognition, benefits and retirement programs. Manage annual compensation planning, incentive and executive pay processes, vendor relationships, HRIS governance, pay equity/transparency compliance, and enterprise recognition strategy. Provide strategic Total Rewards counsel to leaders and support cross-functional budgeting, analytics, and program documentation.
