Lead APAC enterprise sales for Hawk across Singapore, Hong Kong and priority markets. Build pipeline from reference logos, develop territory and account plans, engage executive stakeholders, manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing and customer success. The Customer Cloud Engineer will standardize and automate deployment processes for Customer Cloud environments, enhancing efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities include technical pre-sales support, designing deployment patterns, and resolving complex issues with minimal engineering input.

The Implementation Consultant deploys AML and fraud prevention solutions, assessing client needs, customizing technology, and managing projects for successful implementation.
