Perform bookkeeping for the Hawk Group and subsidiaries, manage AR/AP, bank postings and reconciliations, process expense reports, maintain GL reconciliations, assist with budgets/forecasts and monthly management reports, support statutory tax/VAT filings, and generate ad-hoc reports and project work to support the finance function.

Own GRR/NRR, escalations, commercial forecasting, hiring and development, regional rollout of the global customer operating model, and partnership with Sales to ensure deliverable scopes and drive regional growth.

The Implementation Consultant deploys AML and fraud prevention solutions, assessing client needs, customizing technology, and managing projects for successful implementation.

Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise SaaS accounts: scope, implement, drive adoption, measure and prove value, optimize performance, and secure renewals/expansion.
