Lead delivery of Vector’s Suburb of the Future energy innovation programme. Manage interconnected technology, customer, network, regulatory and partner workstreams while controlling scope, budgets, timing, risks, dependencies and funding commitments. Coordinate technical teams and external partners, oversee governance and reporting, support community and field deployment, and translate project evidence and customer feedback into recommendations for scaling, operationalising, refining or ending initiatives.

Balance people leadership with hands-on technical delivery, partnering with Product, Delivery and Customer teams to ensure reliable production performance, DevOps-led sustaining practices, and continuous improvement across engineering standards and practices.
