Generate and qualify pipeline via outbound and inbound channels, run full sales cycles, coordinate technical and legal stakeholders, close deals, and document a repeatable playbook. Operate independently in a NYC hybrid environment and scale the motion for additional sellers.

Lead Bastion's positioning, messaging, and external communications to build institutional credibility. Own press, executive visibility, content, campaigns, and social presence; align with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams; leverage AI tooling and contractors to drive inbound qualified leads and influence pipeline while operating independently.

Build and own core services for custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows in a regulated stablecoin platform. Ship reliable, secure production services, improve observability and SLOs, add tests and runbooks, lead medium-to-large projects, integrate with banking and crypto partners, and mentor peers while working in small cross-functional product verticals.

Hands-on financial leader responsible for end-to-end accounting, month-end close, regulatory filings, FP&A, financial modeling, internal controls, and scaling the finance function. Partner with Legal/Compliance/Risk and present financial analysis to leadership and board to inform strategy and ensure regulatory readiness.
