Lead strategy, operations, and optimization for acquiring and sub-acquiring payment products, including bill payments, mobile top-ups, Tap to Pay, and Payment Link. Advises stakeholders on KPIs and data-driven decisions, promotes automation and self-service analytics, supports governance and data quality, and mentors analytics professionals. The role also standardizes solutions using dbt and Git while enabling scalable cross-domain data integration.

Own customer segmentation and clustering, identify CRM growth opportunities, recommend strategies to leadership, and execute multichannel campaigns end-to-end. Operate CRM platforms, conduct A/B testing, analyze KPIs and OKRs, and use AI to deepen analysis, automate workflows, and build scalable CRM agents.
