Lead and manage manufacturing engineering activities to ensure product quality, process efficiency, NPI launches, process controls, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement using lean, APQP/PPAP, DFX and testing strategies. Provide technical leadership, equipment selection, cost/ROI analysis, mentoring, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to support production, reliability and manufacturing excellence.

Lead incoming material quality control, establish inspection/FAI plans, monitor supplier performance, manage MRB and SCAR actions, train and supervise IQA inspectors, and support ISO 9001/13485 compliance and continuous improvement.

Provide on-site IT and helpdesk support focused on production lines: deploy and maintain shop-floor hardware (industrial PCs, scanners, printers), troubleshoot networks (LAN/Wi‑Fi, switches, CCTV, edge devices), handle tickets, administer Windows Active Directory/Azure/Group Policy/Intune, maintain backups and monitoring, track assets and documentation, and assist with basic cybersecurity alerts to minimize production downtime.
