Own the Customer Operations systems roadmap and act as product owner for Salesforce. Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of automation, self-service, and telephony platforms. Plan and execute large-scale implementations and migrations with minimal disruption. Ensure integrations support performance metrics (CSAT, response times, efficiency) and partner with leadership, IT, Data, and vendors to deliver resilient, scalable systems.

Own the end-to-end shopping flow (navigation, homepage, search, PLP, PDP) to improve funnel conversion and add-to-bag rate. Define KPIs, prioritize outcome-led roadmaps, shape search and personalization tooling, run behavioral and qualitative discovery, translate needs into requirements, and train/manage AI agents. Partner with Growth, Merchandising, Marketing, and Design to align product with business goals.
