As a Founding Recruiter at Pika, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, source and hire top talent, improve interview practices, and partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process. Your role will include maintaining detailed records in the ATS and tracking key recruitment metrics to enhance the candidate experience.

Lead the UI/UX design process for the product, conduct user research, and maintain design system. Bachelor’s Degree in Design, minimum 4 years of UI/UX experience, proficiency in design tools required.

Lead the charge in developing cutting-edge full-stack web and mobile applications, architect and implement robust backend systems, demonstrate exceptional versatility in engineering, and support various technological needs across the company.
