Lead integrated launch planning and scheduling across missions, campaigns, and sites. Coordinate site bookings, flight allocations, hardware milestones, and resolve schedule conflicts. Develop forecasts and capacity plans, track KPIs and costs, support budget planning, and provide consolidated reporting to senior leadership to ensure operational readiness and mission execution.

Design, develop and qualify stage and fairing separation mechanisms, actuators and umbilical systems. Define requirements, drive trade studies, coordinate with structures and propulsion teams, produce and release hardware drawings, and lead manufacturing, test and build optimizations for the launch vehicle.

Lead establishment and operation of a Canadian launch site: secure regulatory approvals, develop infrastructure and operational processes, recruit and lead launch teams, manage contractors and budgets, ensure corporate governance and compliance, liaise with authorities and stakeholders, and oversee launch campaigns and continuous improvement.

The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting processes, ensure timely closings, prepare financial reports, optimize processes, and provide insights for cost control in Norway and Sweden.

Plan and coordinate national and international transport, select carriers, negotiate contracts, manage shipping documentation, control transport budgets, maintain compliance with regulations, optimize logistics processes, and collaborate with warehouse and loading teams to meet schedules and cost targets.

Support combustion design by performing CAD design, fluid dynamic analysis, CFD calculations, and collaborating with production to ensure manufacturability.

Maintain and upgrade control systems for the Isar rocket engine test facility, including developing PLC software and commissioning systems.
