Support the Student Impact team by running recurring operational tasks, producing and cleaning student data and reports, documenting and refining repeatable processes for automation, QAing student-facing materials, managing student communications, and supporting cross-team operational workflows to increase speed, clarity, and automation readiness.

Plan, coordinate, and execute 8-10 annual regional symposia and a large virtual career fair. Manage logistics, vendors, sponsors, speakers, budgets, run-of-show, volunteer leadership, and post-event metrics. Build repeatable event systems and collaborate cross-functionally with student leaders, partners, and senior staff to scale mission-driven experiences.

Combine FP&A and hands-on accounting: build and maintain budgets and forecasts, run variance analysis and cash-flow projections, perform daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks, journal entries, reconciliations, monthly close, prepare financial statements, support audits and Form 990, and deliver actionable reporting to leadership and the board.
