Lead tax due diligence for middle‑market M&A transactions, evaluate tax risks across income, sales, property, payroll, and unclaimed property, prepare and present reports, analyze deal structures, support post‑transaction integration, manage tax compliance for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, review staff work, conduct tax research, advise clients, and coach and mentor team members.
