Own Baubap’s end-to-end recovery and lifecycle communication strategy, deciding which customers receive which message, through which channel, and when. Analyze business data, design lifecycle experiences, execute campaigns across CRM and external channels, and measure effects on default, loss, and recovery rates. Establish dashboards, success criteria, guardrails, and rollout processes while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, CX, Data, and Support.

Lead Mexico tax compliance and remediation: manage ISR, IVA, payroll taxes, CFDI, filings and payments; handle audits, disputes, and SAT interactions; build controls, processes, and automation; manage external advisors and develop the tax team while remaining hands-on.
