Lead and coach depot teams across a cluster to ensure operational efficiency, fleet availability, SOP compliance, KPI monitoring, and high customer service. Act as liaison with central teams, support performance improvement, and step in operationally including driving campervans and working weekends as required.

Maintain and repair campervans, perform inspections, manage spare parts, assist customers, and coordinate with external vendors.
