Develop, customise and support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate). Deliver new functionality, integrations, plugins/workflows (C#), and contribute to architecture, ALM and solution design while working with stakeholders and third-party partners.

Lead a three-month strategic review of IT: assess structure, infrastructure, data strategy, architecture, project portfolio and sourcing. Provide board-level recommendations, continuity during maternity leave, and act as senior IT point of contact for executive stakeholders.

Develop and manage employer, university, volunteer, and delivery partner relationships to support the TechFirst programme. Recruit and support partners, coordinate with regional team members, ensure schools access activities and volunteers, build long-term partnerships to grow programme quality and impact, and travel across the region for events and meetings.
