Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end-user devices, business applications, Microsoft 365, networks, virtualization, and security systems. Administer accounts, permissions, licensing, Hyper-V environments, backups, firewalls, and infrastructure maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues; perform patching, monitoring, asset management, vulnerability remediation, documentation, and escalation of complex incidents.

Supports head-office accounting and administrative activities, initially focusing on accounts receivable. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, entering accurate financial information, resolving receivables issues, supporting cash flow, communicating with customers and stakeholders, and coordinating accounting processes. Supports enterprise network deployment and migration projects across client sites. Installs, configures, tests, troubleshoots, and validates Juniper wired and wireless infrastructure while assisting migrations from Aruba platforms. Coordinates site activities, maintains deployment documentation and equipment inventory, tracks risks and project status, and supports scheduled maintenance windows, including occasional after-hours and weekend work.

Owns enterprise IT infrastructure health, security, and performance across networking, cloud, servers, endpoints, collaboration systems, and storage. Leads ITSM processes, cybersecurity activities, vendor service delivery, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory administration. Provides advanced user support, oversees technology projects, and ensures data protection, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery through effective governance and operational improvements.
