Lead go-to-market and commercialization efforts across multiple deep-tech ventures. Own customer and partner engagements from discovery and technical evaluation through paid pilots, design wins, and contracts. Develop product positioning, sales materials, and demonstration strategies; identify new markets; translate customer feedback into product direction; represent ventures externally; and mentor venture leaders. Requires technical fluency, direct experience commercializing technical products, bilingual French and English communication, and comfort working in ambiguous early-stage environments.
