Lead a multidisciplinary People & Culture consulting team handling complex employee relations, operational safety, wellbeing and workers' compensation. Design, build and maintain cloud-based batch and near-real-time data pipelines and transformations using Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. Embed data quality, lineage, observability, and operational controls. Collaborate with architects, platform and analytics teams to deliver scalable, secure data assets for reporting, analytics and AI use cases.

Provide professional reception and concierge services, manage visitor sign-in and access, oversee shared inbox, coordinate executive boardroom and meeting bookings, arrange catering and AV setup, and support security, emergency and WHS requirements to ensure smooth corporate operations and positive client experiences.

Lead employee listening, insights and engagement programs (e.g., Peakon); design talent, leadership and capability strategies; embed digital and AI-driven people practices; partner across People & Culture and business stakeholders to deliver data-informed, personalised employee experiences and learning pathways that build digital/AI capability and drive measurable engagement and performance uplift.

The Business Resilience Manager will enhance organizational resilience, oversee continuity documentation, manage recovery strategies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure operational preparedness during disruptions.

Provide legal guidance in compliance with financial services and life insurance regulations, advising on products and legal documents while managing risk and integrity.
