Manage end-to-end group life insurance claims (TPD and IP) for the REST fund, liaising with customers, advisers and medical/legal specialists to assess, calculate and finalise payments while delivering high-quality, empathetic service.

Manage and grow a panel of financial advisers to drive sales of life insurance products. Represent the company at industry events, deliver product insights and training, execute targeted engagement plans, and collaborate nationally to improve adviser outcomes and business growth.

Manage a portfolio of TPD and IP life insurance claims end-to-end, assess and finalise payments, engage medical/legal specialists and third-party providers, and deliver high-quality customer and client communication throughout the claims process.

Provide strategic legal and commercial advice for life insurance products, contracts, intellectual property, marketing communications, regulatory risk, and industry reform. Negotiate commercial arrangements, advise on financial services regulation, support business growth, and help stakeholders make informed decisions while protecting customer and company interests.

Lead end-to-end customer experience improvements across lifecycle journeys by simplifying communications, redesigning critical touchpoints, modernising propositions, and partnering cross-functionally to boost engagement, clarity, retention and compliance.

Provide proactive executive support to the GM and leadership team for Lifebroker: coordinate meetings, leadership rhythms, communications, events and strategic initiatives; manage confidential information; improve team processes; build cross-team relationships and enable senior leader effectiveness.

Manage a portfolio of TPD and life insurance claims, assess entitlements within delegated authority, liaise with stakeholders, provide empathetic customer communications, instruct third-party providers, and coach teammates to improve case outcomes.

Provide analysis, advice and support across prudential risk and compliance frameworks. Develop policies, embed regulatory change, monitor compliance obligations, support incident and breach management, manage APRA engagement, and deliver senior reporting to inform governance and risk-based decisions.

Lead the end-to-end PAYG withholding program for claims and investments. Own PAYG rules, rates and calculation logic, oversee system configuration and controls, ensure timely ATO reporting, translate legislation into operational solutions, partner with Tax and senior stakeholders, and implement continuous improvements to reduce risk and enhance compliance.
