Own and deliver the Digital Workplace roadmap while leading a small team responsible for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, devices, collaboration tools, and service desk improvements. Establish service management practices, manage suppliers, coach team members, engage senior stakeholders, and use service data and colleague feedback to improve quality, performance, risks, and the employee experience.
