Build trusted relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, clients, partners, and federal agencies. Advise teams on Indigenous engagement, consultation, partnerships, procurement, and benefits planning while identifying strategic and federal opportunities. Support business development, proposals, teaming strategies, client positioning, and multidisciplinary project delivery across sectors including infrastructure, environment, energy, mining, and potential defence opportunities. Administer and optimize CIMA+ enterprise AI platforms, including user access, roles, licenses, permissions, configurations, usage, costs, and governance. Monitor adoption and platform trends, evaluate new features, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor escalations, and collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, leadership, and AI enablement teams. Support identity integrations such as SSO, SCIM, and Microsoft Entra ID while promoting secure, cost-effective adoption.

Manage multidisciplinary hydrogeology projects from planning through delivery, including groundwater and contaminant characterization, data interpretation, conceptual modeling, technical reporting, quality control, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Prepare technical and financial proposals, coordinate clients and subcontractors, mentor junior staff, and support business development. The role is hybrid and may be based from home or any CIMA+ office in Quebec.
