Lead Bellroy's China marketplace strategy and execution across Tmall, JD, Douyin. Manage TP agencies, optimise performance using data, improve consumer experience, and run day-to-day operations and campaign planning.

Manage wholesale order processing, inventory reservations and retailer communications. Ensure pricing and SKU accuracy, support retailer onboarding, produce data updates, and collaborate with planning and finance to keep the wholesale operation running smoothly.

As the CRM Lead, you will manage email and lifecycle marketing efforts, optimize campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and work cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Build and implement Bellroy's design system on bellroy.com using modern JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with UX, design and marketing to create accessible, internationalised, high-performance components, support A/B tests, add components to Storybook, and participate in front-end tooling evaluation and workshops.

Design and deliver people development programs globally: onboarding, manager development, coaching, workshops, performance and engagement analytics, learning calendars, and AI guidance. Partner with leaders, run sessions, prototype tools, and translate survey/dashboard data into actionable plans to grow capability and support managers and crew.
