The ICT Apprentice provides technical support to customers, installs and configures software and hardware, troubleshoots IT issues, and assists in system upgrades. They maintain end-user devices, manage user accounts, and ensure classroom equipment is in working order. Additionally, they provide project implementation and administrative support.
