Own BlueOptima’s legal function in India, leading enterprise SaaS contract negotiations across England and Wales, New York, and Swiss law. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage India employment and statutory compliance, maintain legal templates and playbooks, oversee vendor contracts, support data privacy, information security, and IP matters, and embed AI into legal workflows. The role requires independent operation, strong commercial judgment, and collaboration across UK and US business hours.

Lead BlueOptima’s outbound pipeline generation function for enterprise accounts. Manage, coach, and develop the SDR team; own qualified-meeting targets and conversion standards; partner with Marketing and Sales on account prioritization, sequences, and handoffs; manage sales data infrastructure and technology; analyze performance indicators; report to the CRO; and implement AI-driven process improvements.

Develop scalable, data-driven dashboard applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Build responsive interfaces, own features from concept through deployment, improve application performance, resolve user issues, and collaborate with product managers. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to UI architecture, standards, and design-system implementation.

Recruit, onboard, enable, and activate channel partners while driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Build relationships with hyperscalers, systems integrators, advisory firms, and complementary SaaS vendors. Manage co-selling motions, cloud marketplace transactions, partner pipeline forecasting in HubSpot, onboarding processes, enablement materials, deal registration, and partner scorecards. Report performance to the CRO and help scale the company’s channel and alliances program.

Lead client onboarding, platform installation, configuration, data-quality monitoring, and Tier 1 technical support. Resolve integration, access, configuration, and data issues; train client administrators; improve onboarding efficiency and adoption; and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product on feature rollouts and client feedback.

Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests for distributed, data-centric applications. Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines, expand automation coverage, validate software behavior before releases, reduce manual testing and release cycles, and produce quality reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to improve QA processes and own testing solutions end to end.

Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, delivery, and commercial outcomes for BlueOptima’s Code Insights application security product. Lead decisions across secrets detection, SAST, SCA, and software supply chain security; partner with Engineering, Data, Revenue, Design, and Marketing; present strategy to executives; engage CISOs and security architects; manage customer pilots through conversion, retention, and expansion; and develop product-led, self-serve adoption channels.

Own the strategy and roadmap for a business-critical B2B SaaS product, aligning priorities with retention, adoption, engagement, and growth metrics. Partner with executive stakeholders, enterprise customers, sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and design. Shape UX and technical decisions involving machine learning, backend systems, and data architecture. Support enterprise sales and renewals, establish product-management standards, mentor product managers, and apply agentic AI tools to research, specifications, and roadmap analysis.

Own group-wide accounting, book closures, financial statements, audits, and management reporting across multiple entities. Prepare MIS decks, deliver financial insights, analyze budgets versus actuals and ROI, and improve reporting processes. Partner with senior stakeholders across sales, engineering, and other functions to ensure accurate, timely financial information. The role also supports global, multi-region finance projects and requires strong accounting, spreadsheet, and management reporting expertise.
