The Senior AI Engineer will develop AI-driven solutions using LLMs, focusing on prompt engineering, integration, research, and data utilization for payment systems.

Own the end-to-end major incident lifecycle: act as incident commander for Sev-1 events, improve MTTR and on-call practices, run blameless postmortems, drive reliability metrics and roadmaps, manage incident communications and status updates, and define incident operating models, runbooks, and severity frameworks.

Own and architect the data layer for payment and AI-agent platforms: administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases, design backup/recovery and DR strategies, automate provisioning with Terraform, execute data migrations, build monitoring and alerts, mentor engineers, and drive performance, scalability, security, and high availability for production systems on AWS.
