Owns multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and develops data-driven user acquisition strategies for mobile games. Responsibilities include campaign optimization, experimentation across channels and creatives, performance analysis, partner management, global growth initiatives, and collaboration with Creative, Product, Analytics, and Monetization teams. The role also produces executive reports, improves internal tools and processes, and scales successful acquisition and retention learnings across markets and platforms.

Designs UI screens, icons, flows, and game components for early-stage casual free-to-play mobile games. Owns UX validation for prototypes, onboarding, and intuitive game mechanics while maintaining design systems and style guides. Translates game design and monetization needs into player-friendly interfaces, collaborates with creative and technical teams, and independently delivers work from concept through production and testing.
