As an Associate Technical Account Manager I at TrustArc, you will be responsible for the successful integration of TrustArc products, supporting small to medium level clients, and developing strong relationships with clients to drive business retention and growth. You will provide Tier 1 technical support for TrustArc's Cookie Consent Manager solution, maintain organized documentation of projects, understand customer needs, and contribute to product development and documentation within a team-based environment.

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for web-based and SaaS applications. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure product quality. Write automated tests in Java and maintain automation frameworks. Test the full tech stack including front end, APIs, and backend. Experience with QA concepts, test frameworks, and automation tools.
