Partner with Sales and Country Leadership to drive sales performance and operational efficiency across France & Belgium. Own forecasting, reporting, KPI dashboards, performance reviews, compensation support, quota setting, and sales process optimization. Improve forecasting accuracy, Salesforce governance, and tool adoption, leveraging AI and automation. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support implementation of new tools and routines, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Develop and maintain production Android applications, focusing on Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
