The Marketing Operations Manager will build and manage multichannel marketing campaigns, troubleshoot tech issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure campaign performance reporting.

Lead client-facing content strategy from concept through execution: research audiences and industries, write and edit high-quality content across digital formats, present recommendations, own workstreams, build toolkits and templates, collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, paid, design, development), and integrate AI thoughtfully to improve content performance.

Manage and execute multichannel B2B marketing campaigns, build nurture and email programs in CRMs, troubleshoot martech and attribution, maintain dashboards and data integrity, coordinate client communication, and research tools and opportunities to improve marketing technology and performance.
