Serve as the first Customer Operations lead for Germany, supporting clients through deployment and ongoing use of Streem's SaaS energy platform. Ensure data quality, respond to client requests, liaise with German stakeholders, report product feedback, advise clients on best practices, and drive feature adoption and optimisation.

As a Power Market Analyst, you will monitor regulatory and market developments, analyze trends in renewable energy and electricity markets, and produce actionable insights for various teams within the company.

Support lead generation and prospect research across European markets; generate outbound opportunities via email, LinkedIn, and calls; assist conference and account management activities; manage CRM, reporting and proposals; progress self-generated deals with coaching; learn enterprise and transactional sales approaches while sharing market feedback to improve product and commercial strategy.

Lead the development of energy management products, collaborating with various teams to define product vision and strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Execute and manage ABM and digital marketing campaigns across Europe to generate qualified pipeline. Plan marketing calendar, run LinkedIn paid and organic campaigns, webinars, email nurture journeys, and lead magnets. Coordinate sales enablement, monitor campaign metrics (MQLs/SQLs/ROI), and optimize processes in collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Customer Success teams.
