Manage scalable customer engagement programs for SMB and low-touch accounts across onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals. Monitor customer health, analyze account data, launch campaigns, deliver webinars and training, curate content, and improve customer success processes. Partner with CSMs, sales, product, and marketing to drive customer outcomes across a 500–1,000-account portfolio while maintaining accurate Salesforce and customer success tool data.

Own the end-to-end monthly commission cycle for the GTM organization, including calculations, payouts, plan administration, accruals, reporting, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, permissions, UX optimization, observability, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, release strategies, code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-team collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Own dbt transformation layers, dimensional models, reusable business metrics, and semantic layers for SaaS data.
